Baboo is a published author. His book on “Your Customers’ Perception of Quality” unveils a brand new model for measuring the impact of the perception of quality on the bottom line.
Baboo is also a trainer, coach on Lean Business Principles and Agile Project Management. He is a regular speaker and presenter and has delivered a TED talk in April 2014 on “Taming your Dragon of Perception”.
